HVAC Sales Account Manager

Candidate must:
- Establish relationships with local contractors, engineers, and owners for the purpose of promoting products represented by Stoermer-Anderson
- Meet or exceed annual sales/gross profit goals
- Assist clients with the selection, application and design of the appropriate products to fulfill their project requirements
- Demonstrate ability to work alone as well as part of a team to execute a project in an efficient and profitable manner
- Develop sales and marketing plans as well as strategies to increase sales/GP with new and existing accounts
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the HVAC industry and/or Engineering Degree

Boiler Service Technician
- Louisville Region

Basic job description:
- Troubleshoot & service industrial and commercial boilers and associated burner / control systems, as well as all ancillary equipment
- Full time position, Monday through Friday, with overtime and travel as required
Job requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in troubleshooting and servicing boilers from light commercial to industrial, watertube and firetube applications
- Prefer you have an understanding of all types of hot water & steam boiler support equipment, including dearators, feed systems, blow down systems, economizers and waste heat recovery equipment. Experience with low emission burners a plus
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record. Must be insurable with no major infractions.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and initial drug screening test. (Subsequent random drug screening tests as well)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; computer knowledge a plus
