Candidate must:
- Establish relationships with local contractors, engineers, and owners for the purpose of promoting products represented by Stoermer-Anderson
- Meet or exceed annual sales/gross profit goals
- Assist clients with the selection, application and design of the appropriate products to fulfill their project requirements
- Demonstrate ability to work alone as well as part of a team to execute a project in an efficient and profitable manner
- Develop sales and marketing plans as well as strategies to increase sales/GP with new and existing accounts
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the HVAC industry and/or Engineering Degree

We are looking for entry level and experienced boiler technicians. Job description, requirements & benefits include:

- Troubleshoot, service and repair boilers from light commercial to heavy industrial
- Internal and external inspections of boilers, burners and controls
- Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
- Must be able to effectively communicate with management, team members, and customers
- Must be proficient with completing work orders, forms, and other required job-related paperwork
- Factory authorized training on Cleaver-Brooks boilers as well as safety training will be provided
- Valid driver's license with clean record required
- Pre-employment background check, drug screening, as well as subsequent drug screenings required
- Full time position with some overtime and travel
